In the first two weeks we set everything up properly. We review your existing Google Ads account if you have one and check how every sale is being recorded, fixing tracking gaps that quietly underreport revenue. We clean up your product listings, restructure your campaigns for Shopping, Performance Max and search, and configure your reporting. Nothing starts billing until this is done.

Who we’re not for.

Not every store is a good fit for what we do. We won’t take you on if any of these describe you.

  • Your average order is under £30 and your profit margin is under 30%. The maths of Google Ads rarely works in your favour at that combination, and we won't pretend otherwise.

  • You sell supplements, vape products, CBD, gambling services, or anything Google restricts under their ad policies. We don't have specialist experience in those categories.

  • Your sales tracking is broken and you don't want to fix it. We can't make sound decisions on unreliable data, and we won't charge against numbers we can't verify.

  • You're looking for the cheapest agency available. We focus on return on investment, not on bargain pricing, and we won't compete on price alone.

  • 01What about Black Friday or a peak season month, do we owe a huge fee?

    No. The performance fee is banded the same way the UK income-tax system works. Sales from ads between £6,000 and £15,000 in a given month are charged at 12%, anything between £15,000 and £50,000 sits in the 8% band, and anything above £50,000 is charged at 5%. So a heavy Black Friday or Boxing Day month doesn't push your earlier sales up into a higher rate. Each band is calculated separately on the portion of revenue that falls inside it.

  • 02What if our sales tracking is broken and the numbers are wrong?

    Our setup process includes a review of your Google Analytics and how sales are being recorded before any new campaigns go live. If we find numbers we can't verify, we flag them clearly in your monthly report and apply a correction until they're fixed. We don't charge a performance fee on sales we can't confidently measure.

  • 03How is this different from agencies that charge a percentage of ad spend?

    Agencies that take a percentage of ad spend earn more when you spend more, including on spending that doesn't generate sales. Our fee is a flat monthly cost plus a percentage of the sales we generate. So our incentive is your sales, not your budget.

  • 04Can I see inside the Google Ads account?

    We don't grant clients direct access to the Google Ads account. The way we structure campaigns, bid signals, and audience targeting is the work we charge for, and showing the account in full would expose the methods we've built over years of running paid traffic. What you do get is the full picture in plain English: a live dashboard with every figure that matters, a written monthly report, and daily monitoring on our side so anything that needs your attention reaches you quickly.

  • 05Why is ecommerce priced differently from service businesses?

    Ecommerce has measurable sales that can be tied to specific ads, so our performance fee is based on the sales we generate. Service businesses (plumbers, accountants, consultants) pay a flat percentage of ad spend on top of our base fee, which is predictable cost but still tied to account size.
